The illustrated story of a young boy named Marvin and his adventures. The illustrator, Carl Rose, was a cartoonist who contributed to The New Yorker magazine. The author, Bennett Cerf, was a co-founder of Random House publishing company, a columnist for King Features and a panelist on the TV show, "What s My Line?".
