Old English with facing page Modern English translation, introduction and commentary- all by the author. A reading copy with various faults: creases on the spine and front, edge rubbing and sunning, generally worn. The covers have been covered with archival tape which helps a lot to stiffen the covers and binding. The pages are very good except for a paperclip wound on the top edge of a few pages and a previous owner's name/date.
