True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (12'6). Profusely illustrated by the author. All illustrations are present and in very good condition. Jacket has faults - namely minor edge/shelf wear, very small patchy loss (mainly to head/tail of spine and to corners), few marks, patchy browning (including to spine), the odd small crease/rub to edges, little pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, a few very small (approx. 4mms) tears, pushing/bumping to corners and is in only good condition. Boards are near fine (having been well protected by the jacket) with very minor patchy browning (including to spine), very minor pushing/bumping to corners, the odd small mark and minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Little spine lean. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Top of pages dyed light green have the odd small mark/spot of foxing. Pages bit tanned. Occasional small mark/spots of foxing to page edges. Very occasional small mark/spot of foxing to pages. No other faults. A nice copy. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
