Stated First Printing. Hardcover with Dust Jacket; Book in Near Fine Condition, DJ in Fair Condition. A single bump at each of the top and bottom edges. Corners and Spine ends bumped as well. Interior is clean and tight. DJ has edge wear, chips and tears throughout.
