Biennial message from the second governor of the state of Colorado, Pitkin (1837-1886). Several pages are devoted to the Leadville troubles of 1880 and the Indian troubles of 1879. This particular imprint is surprisingly scarce, with OCLC citing 5 holdings, and we find no sales records in the trade. 23x15cm, 44pp. Original printed wrappers with chips, scuffing, and loss along spine. Contents clean.
