1954 1st edition with 6 colour illustrations by Leslie Stead (checked and all present); tightly bound in blind-stamped blue cloth with red lettering to very slightly faded spine. Dust jacket not price-clipped and protected by removable clear film; wear, tear and losses to edges and corners and a little discolouration. Faint discolouration and foxing to page fore-edges. Internally, pale foxing to outer pages with some small discolouration spots elsewhere; otherwise, a good, tidy copy. Used - Good. Good hardback in Fair dust jacket. Seller Inventory # BOOKS316441I
