Item description from seller

Original white jacket (with lettering and design similar to that of the cloth binding) spotted and lacking a one inch band along the lower edge. Laid in is a signed handwritten letter (without reference to billiards) dated Feb. 14, 1948 in which the author comments on his superb health and business associated with St. Dunston's charity of which he was an Honorary Collector.
