Olwyn Hughes copy with ownership name of Plath s daughter Frieda Hughes explaining how her aunt Olwyn has annotated the book, including adding notes and underlining and sidelining, as well as reproducing the page numbers hugely to assist her ailing eyesight; some pages nonetheless incorrectly numbered by her; an important association copy, as Olwyn exercised such control over the book it was branded almost a work of dual authorship . Viking, second print, 1989. Included is a separate slip in Frieda's hand that says: 'Olwyn's notes on last page, underlinings and sidelinings and numbers'.
