First edition, first printing of McCarthy's magnum opus and one of the greatest American novels of all time. An excellent copy with no remainder mark, rarely found in this condition.

New York: Random House, 1985. Publisher's original quarter crimson cloth over paper boards, spine titled in gilt, original dust jacket designed by Richard Adelson; pp. (ix), 337. A near fine copy in a near fine, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight, sturdy and square, nearly nonexistent wear to boards with the slightest bump to bottom front corner. Internally clean and fine. The dust jacket remains in remarkably nice condition, showing just traces of shelfwear to extremities and a tiny closed tear at spine crown. A very nice copy, protected in archival mylar.
