Bright blue cloth with gilt decorations darkened spine cloth, internally sound. Top edge gilt. Folded color map is present but rather fragile, has been detached leaving about a 2" edge piece still attached to binding. Map has 5" closed tear along lower right fold, another 2" closed tear top edge, and is missing the left side area that is still attached to binding. A few small tears at creased corners. Early twentieth century directory for the suburban areas of Brookline, Allston and Brighton in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, with numerous advertisements.; MCN36501; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 245 pages.
