Prices are net to all. Payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, check or money order. All items subject to prior sale. Please confirm availability before sending payment. All books are guarenteed and are returnable within 10 days. Shipping within the US is by Priority Mail as follows- $5 for the first item, $2 for each additional. International orders are shipped at cost. New York State residents add 8% sales tax.
