A very scarce self published issue by celebrity swimmer, Hollywood actress and author of "How to Swim", with WorldCat only locating three other copies. This publication details the benefits one can see to their fitness, health and beauty from following the author's mail order exercise regime revolving largely around swimming. The exact date of publication is unknown but an example at Smith College includes a postmarked envelope dated to 1913, where librarians there expect it to be several years older than this. Book is in about very good condition, brown card wraps are whole, but edge-worn with light stains, internally book is quite nice, but with some damp staining. Staple are corroded, but holding strong. 40 pages, odd format, contains many photos. Satisfaction guaranteed. Additional photos always available on request. Shipped in a fitted, padded box.
