Blue cloth cover with blindstamped title and standing Liberty on the cover. 4to, (vi), (iii, 76) leaves, complete with 39 colored plates of wigged legal portraits from Vanity Fair by Leslie Ward and others. Front cover shows mild signs of earlier sun damage or dampstaining but it does not enter the book. The inside marbled endpaper carries a sticker from Claitor's Book Store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and the book was probably purchased at this old law book store in the 1920s or 1930s.
