Foreword by Andrew H. Horn. Small 8vo. Dark blue cloth with gilt spine lettering, pictorial dust jacket. xv, 244pp. Frontispiece, numerous illustrations. Near fine/very good. Faint jacket edgewear. Handsome first edition. Very much from the mid-century British perspective, but still a useful primer with nice bibliography. From the collection of Frank S. Hanlin (1924-82, bibliographer and University of Iowa special collections director), with his ownership signature on front pastedown.
