Vol. 2, Numbers 13-16 were issued April 1933 to December 1933 and published by Virginia Fitzwater. Numbers 17-20 were issued April 1938 to July 1938, published by Norman W. Forgue of the Black Cat Press. These numbers contains articles on book collecting, book selling, fine printing and related book reviews.
