Hardcover in jacket; 22 cm tall x 18 cm, 143 pp. I cannot imagine how a better book on explorations could be assembled. 18 here: first, in a few pages, more about Leif Erickson than I ever imagined; Scott and Amundsen's South Pole diaries, by date, side by side; a letter from Columbus with a brighter outlook. etc.; and 14 more topics, well illustrated. May appear the same in a photo as the paper copy, but has the LYB logo at upper right corner. .
