Engraved title-page, two vignettes and 24 full-page dry-points printed by A. Alexander & Sons. Bound in half vellum with gilt spine titling and cream paper-covered pictictorial sides. Mauve paper-covered slipcase with pictorial label. A very good to fine copy. Typography by Frederick Etchells. Copy number 1 had a full set of extra plates, copies 2-13 were issued with three extra plates.This books is uniform with 'Sailing Ships and Barges' and 'Poisonous Plants'. Seller Inventory # 14005
