Mirrour of Justice is seen as a vigorous criticism of law administration, including Anglo Saxon laws and canon law. Andrew Horn was a London lawyer and legal scholar, serving as Chamberlain of London City from 1320-1328. He was in charge of the civic archives in the rein of Edward II.
