Mr D and his associates have accumulated millions of dollors over 20 years. Book is divided into three sections with flashbacks from 1989 to 1986 to 1991. The Block, copyright 1994, has 283 pages, very good binding, clean, DJ light cover tear, has various stories of Baltimore's famous red light prostitution district characters reminiscent of real historial figures. Chip Silverman (1942-2008) was one of Baltimore's original Diner guys ; Signed by One Author.
