The Block (NOT autographed, not signed) and the Last Bookmaker, 267 pages, SIGNED on the blank endpaper by Chip Silverman, copyright 2000. Set in Baltimore, MD, The Last Bookmaker is a suspense thriller that unveils the outer stress and inner workings of one of the biggest bookies in America. Mr D and his associates have accumulated millions of dollors over 20 years. Book is divided into three sections with flashbacks from 1989 to 1986 to 1991. The Block, copyright 1994, has 283 pages, very good binding, clean, DJ light cover tear, has various stories of Baltimore's famous red light prostitution district characters reminiscent of real historial figures. Chip Silverman (1942-2008) was one of Baltimore's original Diner guys; Signed by One Author.
