1998 Minnesota Voices Project Winner. A collection of stories where the author's extensive background in music - particularly choral groups and church choirs - figures everywhere. He sees music in his stories both as an art form and as a social activity with sometimes profound, sometimes amusing ramifications. Published in a first edition of 1,200 copies.
