8 pp. 23" x 16" Includes a long piece, "Naples Conservatory," on the recent report by the Reform Commission concerning the state of music education in Italy, chaired by Guseppi Verdi; a discussion of the English Land Question, only a year after the Irish Land Acts, with a printing of the Speech by Lord Darby to the Liverpool and Manchester Agricultural Society refuting the notion that land is owned and controlled by only a small number of people in England, short pieces onNegro Riots and KuKlux Klan acgivities, plus description of the revolutionary Westinghouse Air Brake, as well as a few other railroad related items. A very good- unopened (uncut) folded copy with holes along center fold of 2 leaves with minor loss of text, small chips and tears to fore edges, foxing along top margin only.
