273 pages, complete with b/w frontispiece, 47 b/w plates and 3 textual illustrations, variant reddish-brown cloth, the dust-jacket is a little grubby with numerous pieces missing around its top and lower edges, and is in fair condition only, the book is a trifle frayed at the head of the spine, has a very small faded area at the tail of the spine, and the covers are a trifle sunned, otherwise the book is in very good condition. NOTE: All the plates in this copy have been checked and are complete. Copies of this book frequently lack one or more plates. Copies with the dust-jacket are scarce. Size: 22 x 14 cm.
