This publication was significant as it was the first compilation of railway timetables and the first national railway map appearing before the standardisation of railway time. Some time neatly rebacked the overall condition is better than very good. Ownership inscription dated 1897 to front paste down. Size 118x78mm.

The shop is named after Wadard, one of Farningham's Domesday landlords, a henchman of Bishop Odo, William the Conquerers brother,and featured on the Bayeaux tapestry.
