folio, bound with black rope through heavy card covers in black cloth, ca. 18 pages full of sample of all sorts of trim and braiding manufactured to be added to textiles to make them unique. Book measures ca. 13.5" x 10.5" x 2" . Internal condition is generally good, but there is some soiling from use and age, there may be a few samples missing. -over 130 samples of various styles, colors and levels of sparkle. The name "Whole Braid and Trimming Fushing, NY is ink stamped on the inside front cover. They may have been the maker or they might have been a distributor or it may have been a cataolg used by a tailor- dress maker. Due to size and weight Shipping outside the USA or priority shipping will be more expensive than an average book.
