Cassell's Colonial edition in red cloth decorated and lettered in silver on the spine and cover. Ad front end pages, one leaf of ads followed by 16 page catalog dated September 1904 at rear. Illustrated with a tissue guarded frontispiece and interior plates, not contained in the first domestic cloth edition. London: Cassell and Company, (1904), 342 pages. Good - Sun darkened spine, cloth has overall handling wear and a few soil spots. Much of spine panel no longer glued to book block, inked name dated 4/27/1905 on half title page,
