Title page notes "Flipping Time 2 2/10 Seconds for Correct Action". Rear shows details on other books in the series, noting each book contains "moving pictures of the event, moving pictures of important exercises, complete article on the event, the secrets exposed, diet information, training schedule, decathlon table, medical aspects, how to pick a potential champion, athletic coaching & training, common injuries & their care, over 300 illustrations".
