Rare original 1882 first edition of Hodgson's "The Builder's Guide, and Estimator's Price Book: Being a Compilation of Current Prices of Lumber, Hardware, Glass, Plumber's Supplies, Paints, Slates, Stones, Limes, Cements, Bricks, Tin, and Other Building Materials; Also, prices of Labor, and Cost of Performing the Several Kinds of Work Required in Building." The book is overall in good+ condition with some minor signs of wear and age. The covers have some light wear with a little bowing to the boards. The binding is good and sound. There is a small black marker scribble towards the top of the front fep. The interior is mostly nice and clean, though there may be the occasional page with a light bit of foxing or grubbiness. Along with that there may be the very occasional page with some kind of minor imperfection, such as a tiny chip or tear, creased page corner, minor stain or marking, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 7 1/2 inches by 5 inches and is 331 pages long. Please look at all of the photos to further note the condition.
