Pagination: [vi], 264 pages, 132 plates; Supplementary volume, 126 pages, [2] pages. 60 plates. Many of the plates are hand-coloured. Sepia title-page. Prelims lightly damp stained. Many pages foxed, plates are clean though browned along top edges. A very clean and sound copy generally.
