First edition bound in brown pebbled cloth with gold lettering. Chromo lithograph color frontis plate. Numerous black & white ads for local b usinesses and professionals. This only the second knowm copy that has appeared. The other copy is held by the local library. One of the earl iest, if not the first, books to be printed and published in this smal l city that was founded in 1854. A Good copy. Rubs to the corners with small bumps at the lower corners. Frays to the spine tips. The front hinge has been repaired. Some mild soiling and a tiny bit of foxing th rough-out the text. Damp staining along the outer margins, which does not affect the text. The book covers local businesses and manufacturin g centers. It also has a brief history of the town. Seller Inventory # 82322
