Book in fine condition (minor foxing to rear endpapers), publisher's plain paper jacket split at the spine. This New Riding Club of Boston had purchased the historic building at 52 Hemenway Street in 1891 to take advantage of bridle paths in the Fens of Boston's Back Bay designed by Frederick Law Olmstead.; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 27 pages.
