8 x 11 in. 187 pp. Gray cloth boards with design of cabin. Wood-grain endpapers. Text has numerous drawings and scale plans. Condition is VERY GOOD+ ; covers extremely clean with minimal wear to edges. Text spotless. DJ is GOOD ; not clipped ($2.75) clean but sunned at top and spine, loss to upper front, spine has a number of small holes. In a new Mylar wrapper. Arch. RGR.
