L?opera � dedicata ad Arturo Graf, maestro dell?autore e insigne studioso del folclore. Preceduti da un?introduzione storica, i canti sono suddivisi in Satirici, Amorosi, Giocosi e bacchici. Corradino, critico letterario e poeta torinese, fu autore di numerose fortunate opere di divulgazione tra le quali un manuale di scrittura che conobbe 15 edizioni; nel 1915 compose l'Inno della Juventus e fu tra i fondatori della rivista dedicata alla squadra, Hurr� Juventus.
