About this Item

36 hand-coloured cartoons on heavy art paper.The cartoons are very anti-clerical in particular, and hostile to landlords, the House of Lords, and occasionally the monarchy. Gilt edges. Bevelled boards are slightly worn at head and foot of the spine. Cover is a little marked and slightly grubby. Endpapers and back of first and last pages have minor foxing. The plates are clean.
