65pp, stringbound, but without a cover. The top page has a few tattered edges, but overall it is in great condition. There is no indication of who the author is - he signs himself in a pen-written presentation on the top page, June 20, 1823 as 'Author'. "This copy of the Case of Ireland in 1823 is presented to Lord Clifden with the compliments of the Author--" Stated on the top page - the author is 'Author of the answer to Mr. Peel's speech on the Catholic Question, in 1817'.
