Chesterfield is quite a small town now but ws larger in 1913. What is wonderful is that all the recipes give THE NAME OF THE LOCAL COOK WHO SUBMITTED IT. This is a 'who's who' of the women of Chesterfield IL 110 years ago. I can find no record of another copy of this anywhere.158 pages. Just a few small (and useful notes) here and there but otherwise clear and tight. Main flaw is on front cover lower right cornere (see scan). I doubt if you will see this offered again, it is quite early.
