Orders paid via paypal will be shipped to the address details given with the paypal payment which must be paid on receipt of invoice from us. Shipping Terms
Orders usually ship within 1 business day. UK customers: we offer a flat rate postage, same cost regardless of how many books ordered. Outside UK: Shipping costs are based on books weighing up to 1KG or 2.2lbs. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. All books are sent using Royal Mail or Parcelforce
Returns: We do our best to make sure that all of our books are described accurately. Books can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If a book is found to be substantially not as described then we shall provide a full refund including return postage otherwise you shall be responsible for cost of return postage. Please phone or email before returning any item. An immediate refund will be given on receipt of any books returned.
