The chapters are: Inventor; Colt Lever Action Models; Colt Factory Historical Records; The Sporting Rifle; The Standard Carbine; The Light Carbine; The Colt-Winchester Agreement; and, The M1886 Whitney Magazine Rifle. There is also an Appendix with Magazine Firearms Patents. Scarce and highly sought after. The small shadow of an old price sticker that has been removed on the front endpaper. Former owner's name and date penned neatly on the first blank endpaper. Otherwise a Fine copy with very little use.
