(commonly branded simply as Sandle's) Undated but published circa 1955, this is a nice intact example of this 1950s cut-out story book featuring an illustrated story plus printed colour card sheets that can be cut out to make a model of a Combine Harvester. The book measures 13 inches by 10 inches approx., The book was printed in the Netherlands. During the post-war era, many British children's publishers, including Sandle's, outsourced their high-quality colour lithograph printing to specialized printers in the Netherlands (Holland) to leverage their superior colour-pressing tech while avoiding local UK paper shortages. The book has only minor signs of wear else in very good general condition.
