Condition Report Externally Spine good condition maroon R ignition with small horse-shoe. Joints good condition gently worn. Corners good condition. Boards good condition maroon and blue text paper folder/cover with a decorative border with riders hat and whips at the bottom together with a horse she in the centre, the rear board is plain, both tanned and foxed with minor marks. Page edges good condition tanned and foxed, page edges hand cut with many pages uncut. See above and photos. Internally Hinges poor condition text block detached and pages loosely gathered inside the covers. Paste downs good condition plain, lightly tanned. End papers good condition plain, lightly tanned. Title good condition black text with small horse shoe design to the centre, lightly tanned Pages good condition the first page is a tissue guarded frontispiece which is a single page, 56 pages with the first 8 hand cut, the remaining 48 pages are folded in four (6 folded pages of 8) with black text and illustrations throughout, lightly tanned.
