Folio. Stapled illustrated wrappers. Very good with rubbing on the rear wrap, some light creases along the spine and a touch of bumping at the corners. A satirical comic written and drawn by Charles Andres, an employee of computer manufacture Digital Equipment Corporation, a chief rivalof IBM. The comic tells the story of a fictional battle between HEC (Human Equipment Corporation) and IPM (Impossible to Program Machines) that was originally distributed internally at DEC in parts starting in 1977 before finally being collected as an oversized comic in 1980. The inside front cover features an advertisement for video game t-shirts and the rear cover an advertisement for a Columbus, Ohio distributor of DEC equipment.
