Davis (Chair of Society of Actuaries) and small green name label of a prev.owner alongside at bottom, fr. end-paper has circular lib. sdtamp of Mathematische Institut, Darmstadt + llib. number stamp, t.p. has fairly faint rectangular stamp of same institute, with handwritten number above it, all crossed out, plus a red tick beside title. Were it not for lib. and provenance markings this would rate VG. An interesting early example of impact of computing on accountancy and insurance in U.S. 16 cm x 23 cm.
