Condition is Near Fine: aside from a red remainder marl streaking along the outer fore edge pages & former owner's name in neat pen to ffep, it is completely clean & unmarked, binding strong & straight, pages creamy white with modest tanning to edges. Very mild rubbing to extremities. The unclipped DJ is VG- (minus): bright yellow with light random soiling (heaviest to spine, with many small spots), small chips & tears & creases; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free.
