Hudson Valley Books for Humanity is an independent bookstore located in the historic Olive Opera House in Ossining, New York. We feature pre-loved books in all genres; new books focused on social justice, planet-friendly living, and historically marginalized voices; and rare and collectible books. Our intention is to maximize the life of every book, while bringing the community together through events, artisan pop-ups, and a love of reading.
