First edition, fourth impression. 244pp, line drawing frontispiece and occasional further line drawings in text. In red cloth-covered boards, with black illustration on front panel and black titles on spine. 12mo. Boards gently rubbed and rounded at corners and spine tips. Internally there's a hint of toning on endpapers, else remarkable fresh, bright, clean and neat. In its original, still bright, dust jacket, lightly rubbed at edges. Dust jacket now protected in Mylar wrapper. Giguere, George Children's books, Vintage Books, pony stories.
