Record #1 is on mitral stenosis, #2 is on splitting of heart sounds and second heart sound, #3 is on the first heart sound and murmurs, #4 is on mitral regurgitation, #5 is on abnormal and extra heart sounds, #6 is a review session for #1 through #5, #7 is on aortic valve lesions, #8 and 9 are on congenital heart disease, #10 is on auscultatory phenomena in other diseases, #11 is on cardiac arrythmias, and #12 is review session - 2. All records are VG; inside slipcase is VG; external slip case is fair with edge-splitting.
