Confirmation of purchase:
With the confirmation you enter into a legally valid purchase contract
If you buy online, you will receive the goods after payment
Cancellation:
The purchase can only be cancelled free of charge until dispatch
In the event of cancellation after dispatch of the goods, return shipping and other fees will be charged to the buyer
Cancellation of the purchase is possible up to max. 30 days after receipt of the goods, with good reason
Repayment will only be made after receipt of the goods and inspection for (shipping) damage, which is at the expense of the buyer.

In the event of defects/damage occurring in the post, any liability on our part is rejected, everything is packed very well, in the event of any shipping damage, the post office is responsible.
In the case of valuable books, an appropriate shipping insurance is taken out, which is at the expense of the buyer, depending on the value, a pick-up from us is recommended or a personal delivery (CH) to you is possible by arrangement.
