Soft blue/green covers with black title box on front cover. No markings or blemishes inside or out. Contains 10 Grounding Incidents all with pull-out maps that are in Near Fine Condition. Really quite remarkable condition given how the book must have been used. Multiple illustrations both photographic and drawn. Possibly never handed out - book came from an estate sale of a gentleman who was most likely a high ranking officer in the navy during WWII.
