Catalogue no. 44. 64p (833 lots of books) + 68p (119 lots of engravings, watercolors, "fine old naval views," etc.). Ills. of most of the prints; a few ills. of handwriting from within the books; ills. of 5 Austin bookplates. Austin's library comprised 618 lots. The rest of the sale was devoted to "library editions of standard works" and a few "very choice extra-illustrated books." Can be sent outside the US for less than the default shipping rate. Cover wear and soil; a few gatherings are weakening.
