DJ stained at top edge and torn. Previous owner wrote a letter to the Duke of Portland and received a Nice ALS from richard goulding dated 1905, which is tipped in at the first title page. He was then librarian at Welbeck Abbey. Half leather. Slight stain to top edges of front cover 1.5" long and shows through the first end pages until the frontispiece opposite title page.

All books subject to prior sale. We are happy to accept personal checks or money orders. We can invoice institutions or libraries. CWO-PPD. Invoiced orders and overseas orders billed for exact shipping charges. Overseas customers, not using a credit card, must send bank draft or money order in U.S. funds DRAWN FROM A U.S. BANK (or from an International Bank as long as the check is issued in U.S. dollars and the check has a tracing number).
