About this Item

Cloth backed card covers. There is an old double crease at bottom front corner and lower rear, and a smeared liquid (coffee?) stain on rear. Front inner cover has a couple stains and the last page (word list) has toning where something was laid in. Pages are probably mildly toned but they are generally clean, with just occasional faint handling smudges. Color illustrations throughout. Dick, Jane, Baby (Sally), Spot, the folks and grandfolks are all here. Puff the cat's predecessor is Little Mew. This particular early edition is extremely scarce.
